Order Cancellation
Customers can request cancellation of their order only before the order is dispatched.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed
- You can request cancellation by contacting our customer support team with your order details
How to Cancel an Order
To cancel your order, please contact us with the following details:

Cancellation Confirmation
- Once your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a confirmation from our support team
- Orders that are already processed or dispatched cannot be canceled
Failed Delivery / Auto Cancellation
Orders may be automatically canceled in the following cases:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
- Failure to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
Refund for Canceled Orders
- Since MODAMINT currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) only, no refund is applicable for successfully canceled orders before dispatch
- If any prepaid orders are introduced in the future, refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the Refund Policy
Important Notes
- Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order
- MODAMINT reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity
